Use ChatGPT Responsibly for Content Writing

While I genuinely think ChatGPT is a wonderful tool, the reality is that it isn't always being used responsibly. More often than not, business owners, students, and everyday people rely on it way too much—especially when it comes to producing written content.

If your content is for school, your business, or some other public-facing initiative, it’s important that your content is authentic, catches people's attention (in the right way), caters to your unique messaging, sets you up for success, and, most importantly, comes from YOUR brain. ChatGPT doesn’t always fulfill those requirements.

I’ll be discussing how to use ChatGPT responsibly, such as brainstorming to kick-start your writing process. If you want to learn how to incorporate ChatGPT into your writing processes while staying authentic, come to the PointBank Business Breakfast!

August 14 Is a Busy Speaking Day for Us!

The event above is one of two presentations we have planned. Later that evening, I’ll be at the Seeden Club in Argyle for my writing workshop. And the topic is another good one:

Stop Writing Like Yoda: Active vs. Passive Voice

I'll explain more about what passive voice looks like, why active voice is superior, and how mastering this one skill can dramatically improve the way you write. We’ll break down real examples, rewrite sentences on the fly, and walk away with tools to make your writing stronger, sharper, and more engaging.
