Leslie Gamel
Manager
Leslie is Steve's wife. She is responsible for several behind-the-scenes endeavors that have helped elevate the Edit This brand over the years, including graphic design, event planning, and promotions. She is also the mastermind behind the name Edit This, having given Steve the idea well before he eventually formed the company in 2014.
Jen Adame
Administrative Coordinator
Jen owns Jen-Assist, helping small business owners run their businesses more efficiently and reclaim their time. She is a lifelong lover of words and learning, and she assists Edit This with back office needs, online presence, graphic design, and task management.
Lori Fickling
Writer
Lori is the president of the Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce and dedicates whatever downtime she has left to being a devoted writer with Edit This. Lori has lived many lives and worn even more hats, including serving on several nonprofit boards and being a lifetime Rotarian. She also spent time as the co-owner of a Flower Mound-based newspaper, The Messenger, before selling it in 2006.
Mike Kirkpatrick

Mike is the proud owner and lead writer at WordMusers Copywriters and has been a regular contributor to the Edit This writing team since 2023. Mike brings more than four decades of advertising, marketing, copywriting, and copy editing experience to the table, including a passion for developing a cohesive brand culture.
