Why Editing Is Such a Big Deal!
As I've said many times, including in my book, Write Like You Mean It: Mastering Your Passion For The Written Word, editing is a critical stage of the writing process, where the goal of the writer or editor is to read something intended to be published and improve it by fixing anything that can make it better. It's an ongoing process that starts with the writer, who should be editing their work as much as possible, and ends with handing the piece over to one or several people as an "extra set of eyes."
If you want to save yourself from typos and boo-boos in your writing, sign up for this class.
What we'll be covering:
What editing is and what it includes
Why editing is so important
Why you need an editor
What an editor's job entails
If you should edit your own work
And so much more ...
Why Attend Writing Workshops?

I've always believed the worst thing any professional writer or editor can do is spend decades perfecting their craft only to keep all those trade secrets, tips, tricks, and life hacks to themselves. We should educate and inspire the next generation and each other, relying on our successes and failures to share what works, what doesn't, and how to steer others in the right direction. It's the reason I wrote my book and have started these writing workshops.
For now, these writing workshops are in-person events only, and space is limited. So, if you're interested in joining us, please don't wait until the last minute. The QR code to register is in the image above, and the cost is $59 per person.
The cost covers light snacks, an excellent presentation, Q&A time, and networking. I will also have copies of my book available for purchase.
I can't wait to see you on March 12.
